Not knocking their work I love my nails but it’s the principle! 1 Star only because I couldn’t give any ! I called ahead before I came they told me 15% off for my birthday I got a full set which starts at 33$ plus 5$ for shape somehow the price came up to 55$ and they charged me 47$ which didn’t make sense I called after I left when I realized I was overcharged he said he would give me 10$ refund. I should’ve only had to pay 8$ because 15% off 55$ is 8$. I then called again to ask about my refund and she tried to argue with me saying they can do my nails again free of charge which I declined I said I just want a refund which she then went to argue with me I asked to speak with the man who done my nails he said he would refund me and she claimed he left early after she asked him about me when we first got on the phone she then hung up on me when I said he was just speaking with you . I advice you don’t give them service or spend your money hard earn money with them because they will cheat you . I’m especially mad that this was a birthday gift to myself and they did this to me !

Critical:Professionalism,QualityThese are my nails after they “fixed” them. granted, they do look better from the first time but still the quality is not good. I paid $60 for this service and i don’t think the price matches the quality at all. They jerked my hand around the whole time and was very snippy for the service or if i wanted something corrected. If I could give a zero I could. Went in to get black and red nails with a finger with skull n bones on one finger n spider web on one finger they couldn’t do that so I got beaterfly. They also cut the tip under my finger with the nail file on two fingers. Highly disappointed. The girl knew she cut me and looked up and said I’m sorry I cut you and I couldn’t even get a discount I still paid 53 dollars

! The first time I came the woman was at the door was very short spoken and rude – I asked for a fillin acrylic and waxing my eyebrows just a touch up needed — but the lady kept arguing with me about the shape that I’ve had for years she didnt think they should be that “small/skinny” note it has been 3months since last wax refused to finish and moved to the next customer , I literally had to ask for the tweezers to finish them myself in the place— and then my nails 2broke after 8 days and so I waited another week went back here for a fillin (due to them being open on Sunday)was told there would be a 10 min wait -said ok – signed in told the lady I will be right back went to food court got a drink and when I came back 5 min later they had already sat 3 people in front of me and I was then told have a seat it will be a while now since you went out after I had signed in the first time !!! The hadn’t even started the other 3 lady’s yet they just sat them in the chair — anyways they are rude here not personable don’t up keep schedules appts if you make one —-they are in the mall if they tell you they will be a wait and you don’t sit there in store the entire wait time you loose your place weather your signed in or not — the work is fast and sloppy in and out to whoever is literally standing in front of them and apparently they know your style/preferences better than you know yourself -the worst customer service nail place I’ve ever been to in my 30 years — the only reason I’ve returned is because they are the only place open on Sunday —but I won’t be back

Underground Life

I drove here at 7:50 pm to get two nails repaired. The lady asked what I needed and after I told her she said, “Come back tomorrow we’re closed”. They should ask what I need if they aren’t willing to do it and they shouldn’t advertise that they close at 9:00pm if they can’t accommodate fixing 2 nails at 7:50. Don’t go here if you can’t get here until the evening. They won’t be able to accommodate you. It was the pompous, egotistical attitude for me. It’s a strong No!

Came here a few weeks ago to get a pedicure. The pedicure was pretty average. They could have done more to make the experience more relaxing, but they did a good job cleaning up my feet. My heels are still in decent shape 3 weeks out. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how seriously they were taking COVID. They checked my temperature and got my contact information should their be an outbreak. Employees were wearing their masks correctly. I will probably come here again.

I was leary at 1st because I have a Tech but my Girl is booked for the weekend and I have a broken nail so I did a walk in and WOW, look at my nails! The color selection was exquisite and after minimal education I was pleased with the work! Perfection!

I see that they are busy all the time, so I decided to try them. I am very Particular about where I go to get my feet done. They were friendly, clean and sanitary. She cleaned the bowl out right after I got up. After I saw that and she did that for others as they got up. I knew then they can continue to get my business. She did a great job on my feet. They looked nice and soft and the paint was on point. I definitely recommend this place.
